Maʼnaviyat rukni O‘zbekiston taʼlim muassasalarida talabalarning ahloqiy, maʼnaviy va intellektual kamolotiga xizmat qiluvchi faoliyatlar va dasturlarni qamrab oluvchi yo‘nalishdir. Toshkent arxitektura-qurilish universitetida ham bu rukn alohida ahamiyat kasb etadi va quyidagi asosiy yo‘nalishlarda ishlanadi:

1. Vatanparvarlik va Milliy Qadriyatlarni Mustahkamlash

  • Talabalarda vatanparvarlik tuyg‘usini shakllantirish maqsadida O‘zbekistonning tarixiy va madaniy merosiga bag‘ishlangan tadbirlar tashkil qilinadi.
  • Davlat bayramlari va milliy anʼanalarni nishonlash tadbirlari o‘tkaziladi.
  • Mashhur meʼmoriy yodgorliklarga ekskursiyalar uyushtiriladi.

2. Ahloqiy Tarbiya va Maʼnaviy Yuksalish

  • Talabalar o‘rtasida ahloqiy fazilatlarni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan suhbatlar, seminarlar va davra suhbatlari o‘tkaziladi.
  • Maʼrifiy filmlar ko‘rish va ularni tahlil qilish sessiyalari tashkil etiladi.
  • Yaxshi kitoblar targ‘iboti va kitobxonlik tanlovlari o‘tkaziladi.

3. Ilmiy-Maʼrifiy Faoliyat

  • O‘zbek va jahon madaniyatining buyuk namoyandalari, olimlar va shoirlar hayoti va ijodiga bag‘ishlangan maʼruzalar.
  • Ilmiy va madaniy mavzularda davra suhbatlari va ochiq muloqotlar.
  • Talabalarning intellektual salohiyatini oshirish maqsadida tanlov va olimpiadalar tashkil etiladi.

4. Sog‘lom Turmush Tarzini Targ‘ib Qilish

  • Sport musobaqalari va sog‘lom turmush tarziga oid tadbirlar.
  • Giyohvandlik va boshqa zararli odatlarga qarshi targ‘ibot ishlari.
  • Psixologik treninglar va maslahatlar tashkil qilish.

5. Ijodiy Faoliyat va Sanʼatni Rivojlantirish

  • Talabalar orasida ijodiy tanlovlar, mushoiralar, teatr tomoshalari.
  • Universitet doirasida sanʼat ko‘rgazmalari va ijodiy uchrashuvlar tashkil etish.
  • Talabalar tomonidan milliy va zamonaviy sanʼat asarlarini yaratish uchun sharoitlar yaratish.

6. Axborot va Raqamli Texnologiyalar Orqali Maʼrifat

  • Raqamli resurslar va elektron kitoblarni ommalashtirish.
  • Talabalarni internet va axborot manbalaridan samarali foydalanishga o‘rgatish.
  • Maʼnaviy mazmundagi video va podkastlar ishlab chiqarish.

7. Rahbarlar Va Talabalar Uchrashuvlari

  • Yetuk olimlar, sanʼatkorlar va davlat arboblari bilan maʼnaviy mavzularda ochiq muloqotlar o‘tkaziladi.
